Class Preparation

Reserve Your Class

Classes are available to reserve on the MindBody app or our website. Pre-registration is not required, walk-in spots are now available.

Check the Waitlist

The waitlist will fill any available or cancelled spots, then lock and go away 12 hours prior to any class. This means that any cancelled spots that occur, during the 12 hours prior to class, will remain OPEN and available to anyone who wants to book it. Make sure you are signed up and opted in for Texts and Email notifications on the MindBody app or our website to ensure you receive an alert to inform you of your waitlist status.

Avoid Late Cancellation

Applies to In-Studio classes only. In order to allow for as many students as possible, we have implemented a Cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 12 hours prior to the start of class to avoid the late cancel charge. Any cancellations made within 12 hours of class will be charged $12, and No Shows will be charged $18 with an unlimited monthly membership/annual pass or the reduction of one class from a class package. Thanks for your understanding of this policy as we do our best to maximize the limited space we have available.

In accordance with state guidelines, masks are recommended and welcome, but not required in the studio starting March 12, 2022. *We have masks available for purchase at the studio.

Arrive Early

Studio will be available to enter 15 minutes prior to the start of class, and doors will be locked at the start of class. No late entry will be admitted so our Teacher can better control the environment.

Arrive Prepared

Limit the amount of personal belongings you bring into the studio, designated spaces will be available to store shoes and personal items. Please bring a bag to store all your personal items, including shoes. Use of changing/restrooms will be on a time and capacity limit basis.

BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)

No mat or towels rentals, studio props, water/mat cleaner spray bottles will be available for use at this time – please bring your own mat, towel, and props necessary for your own practices. We will not have mat or props available for sale in the studio.

In Practice

Kasa Karma is commited to the highest standard in cleanliness and mindfulness.

We ask that all Staff, Teachers, and Students follow the self-assessment guide before coming to the studio:

Self Assessment

Before reserving class and entering the studio, please ensure you can answer NO to the following questions:

Have you had a new or worsening cough?

Have you had a fever?

Have you had shortness of breath?

Have you been in close contact with anyone with these symptoms or anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

We have invested in cleaning products and processes in order to uphold a high standard of cleanliness:
– Floors and high touch surfaces will be sanitized multiple times throughout the day
– All studio classes will also be heated to 105 degrees with added humidity
– We have removed high-touch amenities such as lotion, deodorants, feminine products and hair ties
– We will of course have plenty of hand sanitizer for you to use
